TSA ITM wins big at state competition

Some of the members of IT Montgomery Technology Student Association competed this week in the 2021 Technology Student Association State Competition. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year's competition was held virtually. The team competed in two categories, Video Game Design and Children's Stories, and won 1st place in both categories.

The video game was created by Markela Horn and Jaihda Dancy. They worked hard to create an entertaining game for all ages. They developed the game to stimulate the mind and develop rapid thinking skills.

Robert Gray, Kaitlyn Walker, Markell Horn, and Lalesa McDaniel are members of the Children's Stories team. They created a pop-up book that explains to children how global warming changes the climate.

Both teams have advanced to compete in the TSA National Competition this summer.
